Each item in our shop is made to order, meaning your piece is created especially for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, color preference, or accidental purchases.
Please review all product details, size charts, and shipping information carefully before placing your order. For apparel, we recommend comparing the size chart to a similar item you already own to ensure the best fit.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and the problem
If the issue qualifies as a production or fulfillment error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Since every item is printed individually after purchase, we are unable to offer size exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering. Size’s are in the description of each product.

light variations in color, print placement, texture, or appearance may occur due to the printing process, garment material, and screen display differences.
These small variations are normal and are not considered defects unless there is a clear printing or manufacturing error.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
