All of our products are made to order through. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or accidental orders.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund when the issue qualifies as a production or fulfillment error.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
